Become a BOX instructor on Eastbourne course

Places are still available for the latest BOX instructor course, being held at Eastbourne Boxing Club (Southern Counties) on Sunday 17th February.

Once qualified, you will be able to deliver fun fitness sessions incorporating Olympic-style boxing techniques.

The one-day Instructor course is suitable for fitness instructors, teachers and community leaders.

On it, you will learn how to:

1. Deliver a boxing-specific warm-up and cool-down

2. Instruct foundation techniques for Olympic-style boxing

3. Deliver a BOX session to beginner-level participants for 45 minutes

4. Diversify lesson plans.

The course is mainly practical in its teaching. It has been developed by highly-qualified England Boxing coaches with an understanding of the fitness industry.

Please note that the course only allows candidates to deliver the skills taught on the course and does not allow candidates to deliver any form of contact boxing; including sparring and competition.

The address for the course is 45a Commercial Mews North, Commercial Road, BN2 13XF and will be led by tutor Adam Haniver.

“A busy, productive, day, that keeps course participants actively involved throughout. Beneficial to those with an interest in conducting non-contact, boxing based, fitness sessions with 'authentic' techniques. ”
